I just started with bt. They were 2 days late switching on my broadband as the line going onto my new house needing attention. They apologised and credited my account with 49.99. Can't argue with that?

Avoid like the plague

This is a deal ? Shockingly expensive if you ask me.

If they're charging the thick end of £600 for one year they can afford £50 rebates....

Better off looking at Plusnet. They are owned by BT, provide exactly the same services & speeds but charge considerably less.

I signed up for the recent deal where it works out at approx £16 per month for fibre and line rental. Minus my £50 credit and this takes it to just over £10 per month. Cha ching!

You shouldn't really spout out about £600 a year without doing a bit of homework first.

No need to reply, saying that...what could you really say?

I didn't mention the pricing of this deal, just the service offered by BT.

Would you Like some more straws to clutch at?

I'm talking about this deal, since we're on this thread, and BT are terrible, as mentioned by a few others...
