Good to know. I also bought the suntrail soft citrus fruits (satsumas/Clementines) and they were tiny. They weren't great either. I'll keep an eye out for the oranges
thanks for the heads up OP

If you mean they were squishy, tiny, bitter and underwhelming, it's not a one-off. Tescos own brand is much better even if it costs more, not worth buying this cheap.

This is Tesco own brand. Just their super cheap stuff. That describes what I bought quite accuratly to be honest. Asda tell punnets for £1 and they are brilliant. No issues. Always really yummy.

I've never washed a single grape in my life, not going to lie.

Honestly, give it a go, you'd be amazed by how much sediment and rubbish comes off grapes. Bowl of water, add some bicarbonate of soda, mix for a couple of mins then rinse again. The taste will be far superior.

I'll give that a shot. Cheers for the heads up.

How do you stop potatoes going green

i don't find our potatoes going green but they grow shoots. i open the bag as soon as i get them home so they have lots of air. i find this helps to slow down them sprouting shoots.

They have to be kept in the dark. Sunlight turns them green and that green is actually poisonous. Any green indicates that toxin called solanine is present. I would never use anything that was green - life time lesson from small organic farmer is not even give it to the pigs for a feed if it's too green.

Omg thank you so much! That's incredibly helpful...
Is it in express too or just bigger ones?

i find the tesco express have their own pricing and often do not follow the superstores when it comes to sales promotion. it is therefore unlikely this promotion will be available at the express stores.
