It appears to be a budget Osprey Farpoint 40. People have said it even copies the laptop/tablet pocket at the front design of the Farpoint.
Was thinking of getting one but you've changed my mind now

Gregory make high-quality backpacks which are at least on par with Osprey, so wouldn't call this a budget option.
Gregory is quality kit ! for £40 it is a bargain and new members get £10 off
Gregory are great packs, yes Osprey have grabbed the market share here, but it doesn't mean Gregory are bad. No idea if this a good bag or not, but don't dismiss it because it doesn't have Osprey written on it.

You're attaching your own negative connotation to the word budget. If anything budget should be a good word. Stuff that fits the requirements bill and the budget are the goal when it comes to purchasing.
Gregory have always made great packs personally prefer them over osprey Gregory used by quite a few american big mountain guides

Was this deal once £40 and the code brought it down to £30? That really would have been a great price.
