Yep exactly the deal I’m referring to
I guess one good thing about this deal is that it’s a selection box, don’t have that option on the other deal.
Can’t get the selection box on muscle food though it’s only a single flavour

12g of fat per bar!!! Good find but that's not great if your looking at training or on controlled diet.
I find the flavour of these apalling.
What’s the idea with these? Are they good for you or to use as a substitute for a bar of chocolate but less bad
Had a look at ingredients on these types and they are full of fat and carbs, just stick with a shake.

If you're training then fat is essential. It's the sat fat's you need to keep an eye on.

How is this an issue? Fat doesn't make you fat... You actually need fat and especially if your training decently.

Its the amount of fat it has, add that to your daily food intake and it soon mounts up. I.e. higher %. Also its processed food never a good thing.

Interesting, where did you get that from, everything I have read to date varies from 44g to 80g. There is also a calc on professor google on how to work out you individual fat in take based on calories consumed.
