Just for comparison, a litre bottle at Gran Canaria duty free is 53 euros so this is a decent price.
Especially as my husband won a bottle of Mumm champagne whilst he was there picking up the vodka!

Omg that’s crazy, congratulations!
Very tempting, I like this Vodka, second only to Belvedere in my opinion.

Any idea what are chances of winning something when you go to the truck?

Everyone buying the Grey Goose from the treasure truck will get this!

Hmm. No idea I’m afraid. My husband has only been a few times but has always come home with unexpected extras. It might be a ballon glass for gin, some pink flamingo ice things for drinks, but this champagne is definitely the best so far

Have you tried Reyka?
Ooh, nice find OP. Really good price for Grey Goose which is one of my favourite vodkas!

Out of interest, does anybody know if there is there an easy way to find out treasure truck usual locations? I've looked on the site before but never really been able to find anything! I'm in the North East so assuming it will be nowhere nearby anyways but it would be interesting to find out where they normally are.

If you go on the app it shows you but only local to where you are

I posted a deal for that a few months ago, ended up buying 3/4 bottles of it

Do you drink it straight? if not then to be honest you won't have a clue whether its good, bad or indifferent. Grey Goose is exceptionally well marketed, but pretty average vodka, Belvedere is good, Beluga is exceptional, Marmont another excellent offering. If you are sticking coke, lemonade or whatever else in it, save your pennies and just get yourself a cheaper brand as you are not able to tell the difference unless you've convinced your brain it tastes better (like folk who swear by nurofen but claim Ibuprofen doesn't work for them when it's identical, just with Nurofen branding.

Whatever, mr know it all, don't tell me I can't tell the difference.
What a stupid reply.

For your information I drink it with soda water. You have your tastes and I have mine, you must be in London because you can't get those brands in a standard or even slightly upmarket pubs.

Not a Mr know it all, just trying to save you some money, this is a deal website after all.

Grey Goose, a bit like Ciroc, the stuff marketed as high end vodka but is actually average (cracking job their marketing teams have done on it too) yet wannabe's drink it in clubs, or buy bottles of it trying to impress. Belvedere is a good vodka. And as far as where you get others, the internet can supply you anything. Try vodka straight one night (probs best at home), sipping rather than shots, its an eye opener that it actually has different tastes and smoothness. Im like you, I drnk it with soda water and lime when out, but I just take the house vodka as the water will dilute it down that the harshness that comes from the distillation level is diluted anyway. Thankfully in london they rarely use smirnoff as house, so i can be snobby without having to try.

No need to be insulting, the guy was being helpful!

Mind your own business. He insulted me by insinuating I didn't know a good vodka from a bad one. He also assumed I masked the vodka flavour by mixing with a soft drink.

This guy speaks the truth. Over marketed rubbish, read a story on the (short) history of the manufactured brand of Grey Goose...it’s a sham.

They were replying to me personally, can you not tell the difference? You're the sort of person who interrupts someone in the street because they are talking in public and thinks it's ok.
