Grey Goose 'The Worlds Best Tasting Vodka'
Not a amazing deal but the cheapest out of the UK Supermarkets hence why I thought I would let someone know who may be looking for the bottle as a Christmas treat. Grey Goose never has offers on, but shame it couldn't be as cheap as Duty Free.
Tesco £37.00
Asda - £34.97
Sainsburys £34.99
Morrisons £35.00
Nisa £35.00
Majestic - £35.00 normally £40.00

I dont understand why anyone would pay more than £15 for vodka.

the only time i drank this was in a dream

the local nisa has it for £35 i know thats more but it would cost me more to get to a coop as it may others.... dunno if this helps

or there is this one which was voted worlds best not long ago wine.mysupermarket.co.uk/
Ps Buy British not some French alternative made from grass seed.

that's like saying the same for whisky or Gin, it depends what your drink is, I don't understand how people spend such vast amounts on champagne, but that's my matter of my opinion. This is good stuff and with christmas people like to treat with a nice bottle and I am merely pointing out that you can save money.

It's a good price for Grey Goose so heat given. Chase was awarded best vodka a few year ago but i believe Grey Goose is still said to be the worlds 'best taking Vodka' each to there own but i like this stuff and have a bottle every few months.

Thanks, i bought some of this yesterday as my daughter had mentioned it being really nice, I was always under the impression vodka was just vodka UNTIL a few years back got introduced to Absolute so this will make a nice Xmas treat!!

For those unable or unwilling to splash out this much on a bottle of vodka, lidl Putinov vodka at 9.99 for a 50cl bottle is extremely good and has great reviews.

Big Save!!

No it isnt. Vodka is pretty much like ethanol diluted with water because it's filtered and distilled so much. I've seen taste tests where vodka experts couldnt tell the difference between a very expensive vodka and pure ethanol diluted with deionised water. You're paying for a fancy bottle - emporer's new clothes.

Appreciate your opinion, and I agree to a point yes it's a fancy bottle protected by price control and never on offer, I shared this as people are interested in Grey Goose and I thought I would share the cheapest price around. A surprising amount of people voted hot but also many voted cold which was interesting and each to their own preferences, it's a class opinion. But I can tell the difference between Smirnoff and many more premium vodka's so I hope I could tell the difference between a value product and grey goose or even belvedere. Thanks for your comment but out of interest have you ever tried Grey Goose? Cheers Have a good one.

I didnt say Glens was good. probably lots of impurities. But then it doesnt cost £15 does it. At least with Whiskeys and Rums they are aged and have complex flavours.

Stolichnaya is the best vodka,imho.
