I personally say it's about choice, if everyone stopped buying them then sure it's not viable to sell them. You could say even free range is bad, breeding chickens for the sake of their eggs. You could say meat is bad causing a huge amount of pollution breeding animals for the sake of food when we could feed more people with veg. To top it off chickens are apparently happy in cages, Google it.

A lot of thought went into that trademarked "Plastic Free" logo. (flirt)

It shouldnt be anyones thing. Glad its cold.. Freezing cold

If they're caged birds, I certainly won't be buying them, I don't care if anyone says the hens are better fed better looked after and live longer yhan they would be in the wild... Exactly the same argument was put forward supporting slavery, doesnt make the practice any more acceptable.

Do these types of deals apply with Iceland Food Warehouse too?

I have kept it simple at the moment chicken, tuna, fish but not in crumb or batter, vegetables or salads, stir fries,no cereal, wheat or oats,Greek natural yoghurt for breakfast with berries,no ready meals, rice or pasta, substituted rice for cauli rice when making a curry. That's just what suits me though and it's not for everyone but I enjoy the food and I don't feel hungry. I do sometimes have burgers but without buns and sausages but that's because I still have them in my freezer, having looked closer and reading about food,I will be very likely to stop eating any processed meat like that or perhaps just as an occasional treat as Tescos pork and bramley apple sausages are a little difficult to resist

A Mexican Ford Fiesta?! Slimming World'uns do eat some weird stuff.

The meat was awful when I had it, was like chewing a car tyre!

As with so many of these micromeals with uncooked root veg in them, it's extremely hard to ensure they are fully cooked without everything else being massively overcooked and dried out. Is it really that hard to part-cook them before freezing?

...not worth even £1.75 :o

Not really. Plasticised vegetable oil flavouring and stabilisers are much more tasty. Seriously though, it was invented during rationing as a butter substitute.
