I would keep well away from anything related to Kwik Fit. They makeup fictitious faults and charge for unnecessary work.

It has NOTHING to do with Kwik Fit.

Kwik Fit know JACK about cars that work, what they would be like if they had to deal with broken down cars, I hate to think!!

I highly doubt a Kwik fit chimp would come out to a breakdown and try and fix your car, these breakdown companies use approved independent local garages with proper mechanics.
2Gether motor insurance breakdown is who the phone number belongs to.
Seems a good deal. Car going in for scrappage in 9 to 12 weeks so a good interim cover although reviews are a bit flaky but better than nothing especially with a dodgy clutch!

Has it finished as can’t see it?
You will find most "breakdown companies" don't own or operate any breakdown vehicles. The breakdowns are outsourced to local recovery and repair operators. RAC/AA own their own vehicles which will be good for trying to fix roadside repair, however will still use local agents for more complex jobs and recoveries. Green Flag have branded vehicles but they are owned by the same recovery companies.
Worth seeing who the local recovery operators are in your area to see which ones your breakdown company of choice will use and see what that agents reviews are like - could be that whichever company you are with the local agent is the one that is causing the issues...
This or auto.aid which is better?

Please my personal experience GET REFUND stay away from this company
Thanks to the poster taking the time to post this. However I looked on trust pilot and they get terrible reviews. My advice is to stay well clear.

Was going to purchase as my breakdown cover is due for renewal, but after having a quick look at the reviews I think I`ll pass.....
Billox.
Can you just cancel the Groupon deal. I have actually signed up to this scummy breakdown service.
I've had these before, they are cheap but refused to come out when my battery went flat while I was away from home. AA/RAC always come out whatever.

What was their reasoning? Shouldn’t they have to come out in that situation
They just said it was my own fault for forgetting to turn the lights off. My car (Honda CRV) is stupid, it doesnt have a buzzer to remind you the lights are on when you turn the car off. I ended up buying one of those small powerpacks that can jumpstart the car from Amazon.
Bought the same deal last year. Never used them but this is genuinely a bargain. I thought Start rescue were cheapest until I stumbled across this
