cheap rubbish, mine collapsed after a year and the lid just went all brittle and disintegrated due to the sun.

I have two of these they were 25.50 few weeks ago, fabulous I’ve got lettuce in one the lid is perfect keeps bugs and insects out although no locks on them to keep them on if windy , not had wind yet so don’t know how they will fare , but overall a brilliant thing if like me don’t want to eat things that have been crawled over

Not much more to add, other than I bought some a couple of years ago and they are still in good shape. The plastic lid is a rigid and robust polypropylene and not the Perspex type used on some propagators that can smash. I used some chunks of polystyrene in their bases to reduce the amount of compost needed to fill them. Good find for £20.

Can you get new lids. I collected two last night that I had ordered last weekend but one lid is cracked. I didn’t spot when I collected as one was inside the other

aww thats a shame. Before I bought mine, there was a further reduced one in store with a cracked lid. Not sure on replacements
