Less than half price according to Argos website. Great price for 26" TV, the only downside is some people reports problems with remote.

I was lucky to find 2 in Slough, ordered 1

Hi
How good would this be as a monitor for a PC - gaming? Is it worth it - or would I get something a lot better for an extra £60 or so? Thanks
David

Probably not outstanding, TBH. Resolution 1366 x 768 and VGA input not ideal, so picture is unlikely to be pin sharp.

Having said that, this is very cheap for a 26 inch TV and I very much doubt you will find any other 26 inch monitor for just £60 more. You will get better monitors for £60 more, but they will be 24 inch. Depends how important the extra 2 inches is to you. IMO there is a significant difference between 24 and 26 inches, though.

Heat added. 2 in stock near me (Croydon).

Interesting you say that as I'm comparing this TV (26" but only HD ready) against a Neon TV also offered by Argos which is 1080 Full HD but only 24":

I don't care that it has a DVD player (as I'll be connecting the TV to my PC anyway) but in your opinion do you think the extra 2 inches are worth the difference in resolution?

I picked up one of these in Fareham, Hampshire, though it was the last they had there. On first impressions it's a good TV, it's main purpose is to display output from my PC (iPlayer, downloads etc) and so far so good on that front. Heat added.
