Wish I Could vote cold multiple times!
You must really not want to play the game...
Can pick the game up for <£15 secondhand (£25 new). So you’re ultimating paying £105 (£95) for virtual game money, access to some more properties and houses, plus some extra hats for your character.

You must be absolutely crazy!

“Monetisation,” bleurgh. I read an article explaining that Rockstar is making so much money from GTA Online, that it hasn’t bothered to make any single player DLC.

I just hope Red Dead Redemption 2 doesn’t go the same way. I have absolutely no interest in collecting ranches, horses, different cowboy boots...

Expect the same..... Why wouldn't they?
.....so this you mean for this price it doesn't even come with a console to play it on?
Is this a serious post? Or a joke? Anyone who pays this sort of money for a game that has been available for 3/4 years is in my words bonkers!
Grand Theft Digital Purchase more like!
I mean.... huh?.... you could buy GTA 4 & 5 AND Red Dead Redemption 1 & preorder Red Dead 2 for this price!

Well, GTA is better suited to the notion of pointlessly hoarding material nonsense that means absolutely nothing, while RDR is set in largely barren terrain where a man has just his gun and his horse (and maybe a modest ranch). But I’m sure they could think of something.

And Undead Nightmare is widely regarded as one of the best pieces of DLC to date, so maybe there’s an obvious follow-on there.

Clearly I’m being naive, but a man can dream...

Human kind thrives on obtaining possessions, regardless of its setting.
Rockstar certainly know how to milk this - COLD.
Bought none for eBay
You must be absolutely bonkers if anyone purchases this. Bonkers I say. I rather buy overprice crp in Very than this.

I did not know Rockstar did this.

Is this any different to what wealthy people do in real life? Bigger house, better cars, designer clothes. Ahhh I hear you say but you dont own the in game items.. in real life you do.. however just like when the game is end of life and you lose all that in game stuff, real life is just the same. If somone enjoys playing the game in a hat and car and they paid for that is up to them. Just like living in a big house with luxurious items in real life.

Not the same. At all. Not even remotely. If you compare material things in a video game to that in real life, you clearly have a distorted view on reality.
Serious question.

Is the in-game stuff actually worth it? Like is it something that you could get with a few days of grind. Or is it actually something that would take you months and months of grind to earn?

Which reality is that? My room at my parents house or my massive mansions and collection of luxury cars in GTA

Worth £100? No lol. It would take you a very long time to earn everything included in this though. Just a rough guess but I'd say about 100 hours game time, maybe even more for the casual player.

Yep, I doubt they'll be bothered about making another GTA anytime soon. Shame as I got bored of online after about 2 weeks
