Absolutely crap, don't bother
Reviews look
Thought it was a good deal, hoovers are always mixed reviews I suppose.
Big drop from £263 new - should come with 2 year warranty so you are covered if it doesn’t go well!
Just had my first experience with amazon warehouse in the pressure washer I just bought which didn't work. So it's put me off
I jumped and purchased a like new. I'm not bothered by a tatty box.
Reviews are off-putting.
It'll either suck well or well suck....
reading reviews this really does SUCK

plastic bits breaking off, it blocks and gets bunged up easily, doesn't pick up much doesn't make me want to buy one

im glad I talked the other half out of buying one when these became popular

Amazon phoned me to discuss they are trying to get this fixed through nilfisk warranty a bit sneaky I'd say
I'd go for the Shark cordless all day long over this
£42 for pack of 10 bags
Having owned GTech in the past I'd stay well away from it. We thought it was amazing until we bought a Shark... got rid of the Gtech next day

I would reject that, warehouse terms and conditions means you can return for any reason, unless of course you really want it. But a repaired item should be 90% off I would think

Thanks.

I provided amazon the serial number looks like they have supplied me with a 2018 model so more likely item won't be under warranty.

Currently waiting for them to contact me

A warranty starts the day you buy the item, not the day it was manufactured. It could be 10 years old, but the warranty would still apply

Even if amazon are selling this as a used item?

What ever warranty is offered by amazon on their warehouse items applies regardless of date of manufacture. Whether that is 30 days, 60 days, 2 years or whatever. You will need to check with amazon
I've sent it back to amazon for refund which I'm waiting on
Did anyone order this and receive a different vacuum? ATF 038 turned up for me, despite it saying K9 on the little Amazon packing label.
