Now that's what I call good reviews. I had no intention of buying this till I read them!
I saw this on QVC about a week ago or so,it looked really good.

I had a look at some of the other Gtech sweepers listed on Amazon. Decided to go for this one, as it's only £5 more, has a far more powerful motor and is designed especially for hard floors. I like the v-shape of it too. No reviews yet though, so I hope it will be OK:

I have a GTech sweeper I got from Robert Dyas. They are £35 but you can use a £5 off voucher costing £30. I use for laminate floor and carpet in stairs, Works quite well. Main problem is that it swallows everything except for the last bits that are rolling in the roller. It often spits back out the last bits when you stop the motor. So you have to go over the last bits a few times. Also, it needs emptying a few times. Also, it only charges when turned off. If its dead, it;s not obvious if it's set on On or Off. Hence, first charge would work if LED is Off before plugging in the charger and On when the charger is plugged in. Conclusion: Recommended.

I noticed there is a review on it on Tesco direct which gives it only 1/10. Its only one review though.

Thanks for that. Had a look for other reviews and found 2 other ones (Argos + Very) both luckily very positive.

If you have lots of 'long-haired' members of the family - BEWARE! Their hair gets caught up in the brushes really quickly! Apart from this problem, it's great though!
