I thought it was just me!! Ordered some clothes and a pair of trainers end of November 2017, they arrived in 2 weeks, the quality was SHOCKINGLY bad(you could argue that, that's a matter of opinion) so I returned the items the next day. I ordered online, paid by debit card. After 3 months, 11 emails, 2 phone calls to Egypt, 1 phone call to Germany and, 3 emails and 2 phone calls to DHL, I managed to get a refund 6 days ago! Never ever ordering/purchasing anything from them ever again. Rude, incompetent staff in Egypt who kept blaming DHL, DHL confirm delivery of the package to their warehouse in Germany months ago. My simple advice; STAY AWAY!

Wow. That's almost exactly the same experience as mine. They blame DHL for everything! If you look at the reviews, other people are saying the same thing relating to returns - it's as if it's company policy to hold the money, either until the costumer gives up or they absolutely have to return it (e.g Paypal investigation).

My apologies to the Op, but a lot of people have had terrible experiences chasing their own money from this shower of crooks and I would strongly recommend avoiding them.
Had really bad experience with them, I'd avoid.

Amazing how they have an ad campaign featuring Jeniffer Lopez and probably spent millions on the whole project. Yet, when it comes to customer service they don’t have a UK call centre/contact number and issue refunds in 13 weeks!!
