It's to cut the tape you need to repair stuff with, safety first!

What did you use to open the cement bags...? (and don't say a trowel, as that's cheating lol)

The labourer
I bought one of these from Argos in my early 20s while renting. It was also black and neon green, and I honestly don't know what I was thinking. The kid I had came with a ratcheting screwdriver which was the first thing to fall apart. The scissors broken, the pliers bent sideways, the adjustable spanner snapped, the Allen keys rounded off and twisted, and the bits were all soft. The only things remaining the hammer, spanners and tape measure - that being said the tape measure is super thin crap.
