This variable speed jigsaw has a power output of 550W and delivers a maximum of 3000 strokes per minute. It's powerful enough to cut through a variety of materials, including wood, plastic and steel. It can cut more than just straight lines and is ideal for curved cuts. The four stage pendulum action ensures a clean, fast cut through wood up to 65mm thick. This jigsaw also has an adjustable baseplate for bevel cuts and a removable dust extraction attachment for connection to a vacuum cleaner.

This Guild Jigsaw will accept any T-Shank jigsaw blades. It is compatible with T-Shank blades made for Bosch, Worx and Makita jigsaws as well as other manufacturers' t shank blades. Easily change the blades with the allen key. This item can only be sold to customers over 18 years of age.

The Pendulum function quickly moves sawdust away from the cutting teeth, ensuring maximum contact with the wood. The adjustable 4 stage settings give best results; 0 setting for thin materials, set to 4 for maximum thickness to give faster cut speed.

Great website which shows that it is out of stock and the regular price £16.66 was around 8 months ago
It's a price history of it's price at Argos m8, I think you missed that.

I think apur32 understands what the websites for, they're just pointing out it's wildly outdated and a very unreliable source.

What makes you think it's a very unreliable source? Not being updated to show the recent price change doesn't make it unreliable, it means it hasn't been updated recently. It still shows that a cycle of price changes that make £20 not in any way a deal.

I think apur32 can defend himself without someone else jumping in with silly comments - and if he understood it was for Argos, he wouldn't have brought up that it was showing out of stock since that's irrelevant to a price history website

Ta though

You're very welcome. It's important to understand that unreliable equals outdated if you're argument relies on time period.
