Really cheap, good looking wheels if you're looking for some. There are also some Rracer rims for around the same price. Not sure if available in other sizes.

folks, this is why you need to make sure you get the right offset, otherwise they sit too far in the arch.

Obviously you don't know much about car insurance ... so let me help you.

If you don't tell your insurance company that you have modified the car (which non OE (original equipment) wheels are) and you have an accident they will NOT pay out as you have a non-standard vehicle.

You will then be liable for ALL the costs to the other party, as well as the repairs to your own vehicle.

Might i suggest that not only will you fart at this point, but you will probably follow through as well.

Do you tell your insurers when you change your tyres then?

Having gone through many alloys before most insurers won't charge you extra for having changed the alloys and if they do it may be marginal.
I've always declared mine with no issues.

Xsara rear wheels do sit inside the rear arch (if that's what your hinting at?) there is a lot of inner arch plastic in the way. I bought the ET15 alloys which is the correct offset for the VTS but l agree make sure you get the correct offset.

utterly completely agreed

Dryosh

Yeah, you're gonna need some tyres to go with them.

part worns for 15£ a tyre, still a bargain.

Insurance is a scam, like most things in this country, looking for a way out of not paying out is part and parcel of the beast.... like someone said, changing you tyres technically defers from the original spec of the vehicle, as there are decent tyres (OEM) and there are ditch finders (budget)..... as long as youchange the wheels then done try and blag another 1000 quid on a claim there shouldn't be a problem (which is daft as oem wheels usually cost more than after market alloys.....

As for the snapped rim.... it doesn't explain what the bloke ran over or into....
