Anyone know any other good sugar free deal your welcome to add them
Oh and before anyone starts withering on about half cocked efforts this is just sorting out the sweet treats part of my diet and I am also sticking to a healthy diet.
Hope this helps some others to cut out some sugar

This will be just as bad for you as sugar imo. Its sweeten with maltitol .At 2.1 calories per gram, maltitol has a little over half the calories of sugar (which is 4 calories per gram). But maltitol syrup has a glycemic index of 52, which is not that much better than table sugar’s glycemic index of 60.

Your pancreas perceives maltitol as sugar, raising your insulin needs. Like sugar, maltitol is a carbohydrate.
This will still give you sugar craving as sugar does.

Quiet a bit actually. But I'm very conscious of my health. Just get annoyed at some sugar free products being more expensive but still just as bad for you.
Been £1 for years
The Gullon products generate a lot of wind. I'm looking for a bargain kite!
Been this price for ages. The digestive ones are very nice. I was having these last year and still lost 2 stone, just don't binge on them. Also in some Tescos

Agree about the digestive biscuits and they have the added advantage of being palm oil free, unlike most other biscuits.

I'm just finishing the NHS Diabetes program and use the Gullon biscuits and they taste ok, along with other changes I've dropped my blood by 2 and dodges the doc.

Basic try to use fresh and nothing processed.

Maybe that have in some shops but that doesn't mean its not a good deal, I'm just informing people where they are cheapest and the fact there is a decent choice at a decent price available

Thanks for that. As a type 2 i have been trying these, but didn't realise the potential problems
Seen them in Aldi the same price and called in Poundworld last week and they had 3 other types i've not seen so giving them a shot.
They are a good buy compared to nomal biscuits for what you get and Smadman I've seen your note as well.
They taste ok and when others seen sugar free they don't nick them off your desk!!!
