After seeing this deal we went with two friends last night to the one in York as never tried this restaurant chain. A pleasing venue with great service and the discount was automatically applied to the bill without asking. The choice of food is very good but the portions are pretty small. The deli board for one that I had consisted of two tiny pieces of bread, 3 olives and a few slices of prosciutto all of which would have cost about 50p to put together but costs £10 at full price. My main of tagliatelle with prawns again was on the small side and the sauce could have been Lloyd Grossman for all I knew. We thought the half price was about the right price for what we had. Drinks were pricey with the house red at £20 and the cocktails were definately overpriced. We have some more visitors next week and may use this offer again but won’t be going there again without an offer.

Pizza, pasta, funghi.. HOT ;)

Jazid. Not sure where you live or where you eat out. But 4 decent bottles of wine for 100 quid what planet?

thank you you can see...i'm still new to this anything i think is good...i'm posting on here

As far as I am aware, Living Ventures Restaurants Ltd own the following chain restaurants”, Blackhouse grill, Gusto and Est Est Est...You will find that The Living Room Group Ltd own “Living Room” They are two totally separate companies. I was just pointing out that the 20% discount is only given off the food bill and not drinks, appears to have changed since you acquired a card, have applied for one myself and may be lucky and get same as you. However it is still a good deal for those that wish to eat there and in my opinion ought to be voted hot. Those who don’t wish to make use of it, don’t bother voting either way if it makes you happy, but it doesn’t deserve to be voted cold.

i know alot of you have objected to this offer but if you look at the menu... if you went as a couple, if the food bill came to £40 then your only paying like £32 but yeah i've just read the terms and condition...and it is different to the leaflet enclosed when i got my member card through to save confusion...i've edited the title sorry people p.s it was a leaving for party dinner for a close friend

can i just say...i did get 20% off the entire bill...and when i got my card through 2 months ago it does say off the entire bill whether they've changed it since i do not know but come on... for a great evening out, really nice food (the company is same as black grill and living room) then £30 a head to me is about normal you dont expect somewhere like pizza express do you?
