I have this and paid full price and it is an excellent Fridge Freezer. Can't fault it.

Top features:

- Food stays fresher for longer with multi-airflow and a humidity control system

- Control the humidity in the flexi-temperature My Zone

- No more manual defrosting with Total No Frost

Food stays fresher for longer

Your groceries will stay in great condition and retain their texture and nutrient content as the multi-airflow system creates even cooling throughout the fridge. Enjoy crunchier, tastier fruit and veg with a humidity control system that sustains the optimum humidity level within the humidity zone.

My Zone

Store different foods at the ideal temperature in My Zone. You can adjust its temperature between +2 and -3°C to suit fresh meat, fish, dairy and more. It's a great way to keep your food fresh, especially for items you want stored short-term at a specific humidity.

Total No Frost

You won't have to spend time and make a mess with manual defrosting – the Haier A3FE635CMJ uses a Total No Frost system to prevent any ice building up. The benefit is that you can make the most of your storage space while keeping your frozen goods in the freshest possible conditions.

I went to see this fridge in store. The front is a finger print magnet and the sides have a different texture totally, a dull plastic textured type material that you can't see in any of the pictures.

There is a reason why it's other versions are more expensive e.g. in John Lewis.

Still probably a good fridge as the reviews indicate, this is just an FYI.

I have no problems with fingerprints at all. I was concerned that it would show prints like previous silver fridges I’ve had but can honestly say that mine does not show finger prints at all which I am really pleased at

It’s extremely common for fridges to have a different texture on the sides - my GE American fridge (made in Mexico about 15 years ago) has the same sort of texture on the sides as these. It’s not plastic, though, and it’s a bit more hard wearing than the front metal. Also unless you're planning on putting it in the middle of the floor and staring at the back and sides all day long I've no idea why you would even care.

Shiny metal will always be a fingerprint magnet (I guess you’ve never owned a silver one like this), so it's worth keeping baby oil on standby. This fridge is at least capable of being used with fridge magnets. Many aren’t - even expensive ones - because they are aluminium.
