    Please be aware that if your kitchen is cold it will take much longer to dry and consequently cannot be placed in a garage or basement

    Mine is in the garage over a year and there is nothing to be aware of runs excellently

    We have the 8kg version of this tumbler (HD80, was about £340 at Costco a year ago) and it is excellent - quiet and uses about half the energy of our old condensing tumbler. It dries to a humidity measured point and frequently finishes the cycle much quicker than it first expected to. The only oddity for me is that it has a light on in the drum the whole time it's running. Probably wouldn't save much by not having the light on, but it seems like a waste to have it on.
