  • Single Grain Scotch Whisky
  • Haig Club Clubman is a modern and stylish Single Grain Scotch Whisky developed in partnership between Diageo and global icon David Beckham and British entrepreneur Simon Fuller. Distilled at Cameronbridge Distillery, founded in 1824 by John Haig, Haig Club Clubman is matured exclusively in Fresh Bourbon Casks which give a layer of wonderful sweet, vanilla and coconut flavour to the Scotch. This combines perfectly when mixed with the sweet caramel of cola, creating an enjoyable drink which is refreshing in taste and perfect in its simplicity. In addition to being lighter and more subtle in flavour, Clubman also mixes very well indeed, sitting in perfect harmony with other cocktail ingredients. Try Haig Club Clubman and cola for a delicious, long mixed drink

Tasting Notes
  • Notes of vanilla and dried fruits result in a light, sweet and vibrant taste with a smooth, clean finish

Freshly syphoned petrol, with a hint of turpentine...
£15 is pretty much the normal price. It is after all cheap and nasty grain whisky dressed up in a fancy bottle with a celeb advertising campaign.

When you need the "sweet caramel of Cola" on the serving suggestions to make it palatable, you know your being sold a turd rolled in glitter.

Ok,..

but does it have a "Peaty Backtaste" ?

i.e. Is there bonus dirt included?
This pretty bottle or JD for £15?
Not bad for £15. Think Asda are doing Famous Grouse smoky black for £12?

A bottle of smokey grouch for similar money is better spent. Or own brand Irish from the supermarket
B*** ends whiskey.

Pretty much the same, you'd drink both with coke to make them palatable...
It's not the worst I've ever drunk but not by much. It's got no smell, body or much taste but it's not like drinking a really nasty cheap wine, once my palate got used to it it didn't go down so bad. I would advise anyone to spend a bit more if you want a really enjoyable drink though.
I brought a bottle of this once, never again.

Its not a good whisky. Its just about drinkable but def not one you would always like to keep supply of.
Gross... just get some generic stuff from Lidl, drown it with Coca-Cola and be done with it
Horrible stuff. Wouldn’t buy it for a tenner.
