Fantastic Deal on well reviewed hotel in Majorca during Easter holidays. Price is based on 2 x adults and 1 x child flying from Gatwick staying Half board at the Delfin Azul, Alcudia. Plenty of other flights available from other airports, some even cheaper.

The dates I searched were 3rd April for 7 nights during easter school holidays but I saw dates for just over £200 if you're not restricted to school holidays.

I've stayed at the hotel myself and had an incredible time. Half board so you only need to worry about lunch and with a hearty breakfast we didn't need it most days. The food was fantastic, loads of choice even for those with dietary requirements (they had a table of gluten free breads etc and dairy free alternatives as well as the regular buffet). Lovely, clean and modern.

The hotel is a short walk from miles of beautiful white sandy beaches. The historic old town is also definitely worth a visit too.

I've looked into booking this hotel with Tui (Thomson) but it was more than £600 more expensive for the three of us. Its part of their platinum range or something!

Let me know if you book and we might see you there!

Thank you! I could have gone into more detail but I didn't want to waffle on. Basically I was a single parent with a young baby and significant health issues including a brain tumour. Money was so tight we had to visit food banks and if it wasn't for HUKD father Christmas wouldn't have been able to bring much at all, we wouldn't have had day trips to London or Chessington, etc and birthdays would have been very sad indeed. It's helped me find white goods that I could ill afford at full price. Basically been a life saver for me and my little girl. She's seven now and times aren't quite as tough. So thank you and all the HUKD family.

Wow, I'm a bit taken aback, but also really glad things are better now for you. Glad HUKD helped you, albeit in only a smallest way, through your darker times.
Thank you for sharing. If you and your little girl go on this holiday I hope you both have the most fantastic time.

How is the weather there?

It varies but average daily highs of 20°c. Can be warmer or colder. We went at this time of year and swam in the sea and pool on warm days. holiday-weather.com/maj…il/

What nice words, hope you have a fabulous holiday.
Stayed this hotel. Liked it a lot.
I have also stayed at this hotel shortly after it had an upgrade a couple of years ag. Great hotel fantastic food and a 5 minute walk to a great beach! Weather in April can be hit and miss though . Trip worth taking is the train/tram ride from soller. I went with my wife in mid June paid a bargain £300 each half board!

Stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago, best food I've ever had on a half board holiday. Location is really good too.
We were obviously lucky last year. Went away to Majorca in the Easter holidays, a deal posted here actually. Had a great time, the weather was between 21 and 25 degC. Did not see a cloud at all, you take your chance.
Hope things pick up for you Hollynkittyrose, and soon. Thanks for a great post.
Lovely hotel would highly recommend

Thank you so much @leather. Things are already way better for us. I have a wonderful boyfriend who I met a year ago so I'm not a single parent anymore. I still have health problems but I study art and look after my little girl so life is pretty sweet and finances aren't quite so tight! That's pretty good going in my books!
What dates did you put in to get those prices?

Looks like a very nice hotel
Loads of dates , around that price. I was looking at East Mids early April, coming in just under 900 quid. Easter is quite early, so gonna give it a miss as weather not likely to be what I'd like. Pool likely to be chilly

We took a holiday in Alcudia two years ago (stayed at somebody's 3 bedroom apartment which had a fantastic communal pool). There is also a large water park in Alcudia, which was one of the reasons why we went to that part of Majorca. There are 3 water parks in Majorca (Hydropark in Port d'Alcudia). We also took a visit to the old town - worth noting that the local taxis turned out to be cheaper than the buses). The only negative thing that I can say about our holiday was our visit to the Hydropark. Before we went, on reading reviews, people were saying to buy the waterpark tickets off of Groupon Spain as they were around half price. So, I was so pleased to purchase the tickets off of the Spanish site, saving quite a bit of money (family of 4), however, when we turned up at the gate to get in, we were not allowed to use the tickets. I ended up having to cough up the extra money to be allowed entry to the park. From what I can gather, the staff at the water park had only recently just started making non-Spanish residents pay the full amount, even if the tickets had been bought prior on-line.
It appears it craps out when you add two children instead of just one
What dates and airports are people putting in ? Not showing any availability
I’m going here for my main holiday in July with the kids 4 and 7 ,

Been going here for over 8 years on and off before upgrade and after .and I can say it’s one my fav Hotels I’ve stayed in

Hotel is spotless
Staff very friendly
Location is fantastic - 5 min to the beach - 10 mins to the port -10 mins to the centre

Highly recommend this hotel

Also alcuida is probally the best place in spin to vist ,I’ve been Mexico playa car and the beach in alcuida is up there with Mexico ,sea goes out to knee depth for about 200 foot so great for kids playing and very calm ,the fluff the sand up in the summer every morning with a tractor and take real care of the beach and sea and area
This deal was for 3rd of April for a week. It does come up cheaper at different dates but I wanted to share something for those of us with kids looking for an affordable vacation during school holidays.

Yeah, the pool wasn't that warm when we went in April a few years ago but its still worth it for us as we wouldn't be able to afford this holiday in the height of summer and also it would be too hot for my little red head, pale skinned girl!
