Forget wasting money on diets just use Willpower and eat a little less every day.
Great. More money for pies.

Next you will be telling people with depression to just "pull themselves together" (_;)

You certainly get todays award for most ignorant post on HUKD.

WW is not a diet it is a change of eating habits, it's not something you do for a bit and then "get back to normal". Its a good system now and encourages very healthy eating and a total change in lifestyle. Its nothing to do with will power, its all about education and learning what is the right stuff to eat. I have spades of will power (gave up smoking 9 years ago, etc etc) but I never knew enough about nutrition and healthy eating to be able to lose weight effectively.

I reluctantly joined WW in January and have since shifted 3 stone, started walking 30-35 miles a week and generally feel great. Not only am I becoming less of a burden on the NHS, both physically and mentally but I am enjoying myself.

People like you should consider the bigger picture before posting inane drivel.

You could of just called him a Twonk - Would of been a lot quicker
