That one looks like the one John Lewis had on offer at £90.00!

Bargain if it is...

Stand looks the same
But possibly is better quality and taller to be fair

The other half picked up the Pre-lit snow effect one while he was there getting a PS4. Have just opened it up and splayed it out. It's similar to the link above but nowhere near as dense and bushy as it shows in that picture or indeed on the picture on the box it came in. Theres quite a large gap inbetween each of the tiers. I was looking for a shorter tree as a replacement for one (not snowy) that we've had for years because it's too big and is very time consuming to dress, but unfortunately I don't think this one will do. It's a bit too sparse for my liking and needs a lot more branches to fill it out more. Will be returning it I think.

Is it ok for £25? I picked one up but haven't set it up. The really luxury bushy ones all seem to be hook construction and are around £80 which is excessive for me.

Uhhhm, I'd say for the £25.00 paid it's not so bad. But no offense, I wouldn't pay anywhere near the full price of £50 for it. The other half said he'd checked some other stores previously (Poundstretcher and B&M I think) and prior to seeing this one and said they're selling trees in the same price range (not reduced) as this Asda reduced one but they are even sparser again. Apparently, there's were awful and really spindley and cheap looking. So I'd see what you think when you open yours. It's may just be me, he says I'm too fussy.

Flame deer! Thanks

Think they are half price now instore

Do you know if they had smaller ones? 6ft is too big

Yeah they also keep a smaller one - think it was £25, so half price it would be £12.50

They looked sparser than that photo shows though as another user comments

Deal is obviously nationwide though since it's been posted here and other users are finding it

Was in Asda doing some shopping when the announcement came over the tannoy earlier today ago then this deal got posted - must have been sent down from head office

Is it possible to return tree to as a bought last week and its ugly

Hubby was gona buy one of these at 'the forge' this morning and a lady told him don't bother as she was on her way to return a 3rd tree as they don't work.

Got one in Straiton store. Said originally £60 now £25. For a prelit tree it's a great price! I scanned a non prelit one which was similar today and it was £17.50 so that's pretty good too x

Having been to Asda this morning I honestly wouldn't bother with their trees, they are really sparse. The one to £20 looked awful, whereas the £15 one we bought from Tesco a few weeks ago is fantastic - it is a hook construction one and looks beautiful. Their 200 multi function lights look great on it too
