Thanks for posting - we’ve been considering this for our digger mad little boy for his 2nd birthday. Need to measure his height though to see if it’s worth it for what he can get on. Is it any good -
Looking at the Castleford one.

We went to the one In Devon about 4 years ago. Great day out......manned by actual people that care which is always nice.
Big fat thumbs up.

A price increase for OAPs - bit harsh!

Yep Castleford one is great I'm sure your digger mad son would love it. But as you said be mindful of the height restrictions to ensure there are rides suitable for him to go on

I took my two (and a bit) year old grandson to the Rochester one last year. There was some stuff he could go on but he wasn't that keen tbh. As we weren't there long I was glad I got him in for free !
Little man has asked to return there several times was just waiting for better prices. This is even better than virgin experience with 20% off. Heat added!

is that many rides good for 5-6 years old kids or mostly for bigger kid?
Looks like everyone is taking their kids. What's it like for a 30 year old man that just wants to have a play around with some diggers?
My children have Blue Peter badges and diggerland is somewhere they can get in for free with a full price paying adult.

I wonder if i go they'll let me and my husband pay £11.98 each and the children get in free? Technically we are paying the adult price they're asking for on the day.

Has anyone experienced anything like this before with blue Peter badges and reduced adult entry?

I don't have Facebook. Shock horror, have managed to avoid so far

However, my friend is always very helpful when things need to be done by face facebook so I'll get her to post a message for me. Thanks for the advice

Yes a lot of rides and good times driving around trucks. Watch some videos on YouTube.
Hey you do you. I've seen couples together no kids. And having a really good time. Do you have another adult that can go with you?

Loved it there when the kids were young

Weve been to Casteford many times from our son was 2. If they can't ride alone most things they can sit on your knee to ride, like all the big diggers and things. Well worth it. Tesco used to do it in their vouchers but looks like theyve stopped!
Thanks. My little boys reward chart features Diggerland as his big reward for being good so saved us £40 there
Great Deal...No diggity, no doubt
Thanks for posting; we've added this to the Highlights section

I’d say he’s a bit young yet and wouldn’t appreciate it enough. I’d wait a couple more years at least

Good for 5-6 year old. We took our boy for his 4th birthday and he really enjoyed it and did loads but would def recommend for 5-6 year old
