Great deal for a whole days worth of family fun!
Family Ticket should be £152, Now £76 with Forth Offers.
Loads to do here and voucher is valid until 2nd November with no days excluded, so this could be used in the school summer holidays or October half term :-)
Themed Angry Birds Activity Park now there too.
Ticket is valid for 'Family of 4' so I am assuming 2 Adults/2 Children or 1 Adults/3 Children as it does not specify family make-up.

Have Fun!!

Here's some info on the park...

The Theme Park

Escape to Lightwater Valley and discover the excitement of a day bursting with thrills, chills and adventure; catapult to dizzying heights aboard Whirlwind, a typhoon of screams that’ll twist even the bravest of souls, and hurtle through some of our deepest, darkest forest aboard Europe’s longest rollercoaster – The Ultimate.

Explore the swashbuckling world of Skeleton Cove, from the spinningly explosive Powder Kegs to the mighty Black Pearl, before venturing into the mysterious subterranean world of Raptor Attack’s abandoned mineshaft and ‘taking to the skies’ in the powerful grip of the Eagle’s Claw.

Angry Birds Activity Park

Lightwater Valley is home to the UK’s first Angry Birds Activity Park, bringing the world’s number 1 mobile game to life in a fun and active experience for the whole family. Incorporating all the Angry Birds characters you know and love, the Activity Park offers over 30,000 square feet of interactive indoor and outdoor adventure play.

You can also jump aboard one of their tractors and take a fun and entertaining journey through Eagles Creek Farm, meeting your farmyard friends along the way.

which age of child would this suit? are most of the rides for a minimum height restriction?
went to flamingoland last year and there wasn't many rides for under 5s.
can anyone recommend a good summer all in one place with lots for under 5s?

I recommend the Gullivers theme parks for younger children too, well worth a look

I think Lightwater Valley is much better for younger children.
Walking wise it is not as spread out as some of the bigger or more popular theme parks &I also think it is the cleanest. It has a lot more rides suited to little & mid aged children although their are still a few scary ones for the teenagers & big kids.
It is well worth a trip for a family with youngsters. X)
