Be wary of printer food costs - a set of normal capacity cartridges will cost more than a replacement printer.
Consider that the printer may (repeat: may) be initially supplied with limited-capacity "get you going" cartridges - this is common industry practice, please make your own enquiries if this concerns you.
Lexmark carts are possibly cheaper than most HP carts, but still more than the likes of Epson (I talk in general terms people = it's not a challenge to start a debate!).

Lexmark cartidges (compatibles too) are expensive. Avoid this!

I personally wouldn't take it if they were giving them away. Lexmark = Rip off

Better off with a single ink system printer, preferably one that has CISS support ie Canon ip4300 and above or epson R265 etc. More expnsive to buy but pennies to run.
