Heated, (£14,800 after the finance). Not that familiar with these. Would they not let someone buy for £12,480?

Apparently cash buyer is £12,980 but if you finance it with them they contribute £500 to the cost.

Lifetime warranty stopped several years ago I believe. So I would assume it comes with the standard 3 yr?
looks like a great deal but just been looking at year old same specs and they go for around 14000, which is what you woukd end up paying , 1st year depreciation around 9000, ouch

This is a seriously good price for a Diesel. This 2.0 Diesel has a decent amount of torque and has 165bhp. Can't knock this deal, so much car for the money! I drove our company pool car recently and actually liked driving it.

I also quite like the look of it. Heated!

Have you travelled back in time or something? The lifetime warranty ended ages ago and no where in the advert does it state Lifetime warranty
Not a pre-registered car is it? Can't find any information to say it is and Drive The Deal warn against such things for good reason too.

Lifetime warranty was the only reason I'd have considered getting a Vauxhall. They don't seem to be so popular here in London
seems a good deal, wonder how much extra built in sat nav would be.
Vauxhalls always seem to be worth 50% less after the first year so you would be a mug paying full price for one.
no sat navigation? on A Vauxhall supposedly worth 25k?
Has anyone not involved in a tax scam ever paid full list price for a Vauxhall?
I'd much rather there was a convenient spot to click my iPhone into place so I can use Google Maps.
terrible resale value on astra + expensive to tax

Same applies to any car company. Only a complete tool would ever pay list price for a car.

124 g/km, Band D = £110.00

Not bad but not the best either.
This is based on the outgoing Astra, although it's now just called Vauxhall GTC.

Good price for what you get, even if it is pre-registered.

You are using a source that is a bit biased, to be fair. Drive the Deals business model is focussed around new cars only. If it was in pre-registered cars I'm sure that their 'essay' about why they are bad would be the complete opposite.

As long as you are not stupid enough to sign on the dotted line without checking things out, there is no reason why you can't as a customer grab a bargain buying pre-registered. I've bought one before and glad I did, as I saved a major packet on a new car, dressed as pre-registered with only 4 miles on the clock.

expensive to tax £110 lol, all cars next year over 5 years old will be £140 unless you drive electric.

To be fair to him, Vauxhall were surprisingly quiet when they withdrew their lifetime warranty..... yet they were very shouty about it when they launched it.....

I think the days of having an iPhone being special are long gone. Plus I was advocating Google Maps.

Rubbish! Only if the car is BOUGHT after April 2017 will this apply. It is not retrospective and it applies in the second year; some of the first year bands are madness as well, going up to £2,000.

I think you may be wrong there.

I read it as all cars after 2017 will be subject to new tax rules.
I believe that if you are paying £30 or whatever now you will pay the same when the new rules come into play

What problems have you had that they wouldn't cover?

Mine has been resprayed twice under warranty as a few dimples appeared in the paint. That was when it was over four years old.

They were never special, but you was impulsed to write 'iPhone' (complete with lower case i and capital P), just 'phone' or 'mobile' would have been enough info.

The dash was designed over four years ago. The current iPhone wouldn't fit even if they had made a slot.
