Got an email through this morning, but also live on the website.

500 bonus clubcard points when you spend 50 quid, but also some very good wine deals e.g half price New Zealand Sauv Blanc, at £39.00 per case.

2 x cases @ £39 = £78 (£6.50 a bottle for really good stuff)
£20 clubcard rewards voucher effectively means this would cost you £58 in total, so only £4.83 a bottle - bargain (hic!)

Code for extra clubcard points is XXP44P

Bunch of other half price deals here too: tesco.com/win…Off

Half price wine deals are the biggest con the supermarkets try and peddle. This wine was only ever going to be sold at this price but because it has been sold in some branch in the back of beyond at "full price" for the statutory time, they can then legally slash it's price and try and hoodwink the public that it's a fantastic deal. It may well be a nice wine but don't be fooled that it's that great a reduction.

What do you mean by £20 clubcard rewards voucher?

Hi Kingy58,

Checkout this link - tesco.com/clu…out

Basically the 500 Clubcard Points they are offering is worth £5 in clubcard vouchers. With the above link you can multiply them by 4, for things link restaurants, therefore increasing the value to £20 basically.

Cheers

Thanks for posting this deal my order was:

1 x Turner Road Reserve Merlot 75cl (6x75 cl) £32.94 (very nice wine)
1 x Plaza Centro Prosecco DOC (6x75cl) £38.94 (also good for summer quaffing)

code worked for 500 points (total of 571 for this order)

if I had ordered from Tesco groceries there would have been a £3 delivery charge and no bonus clubcard points. Last time we redeemed clubcard points we got double points on a purchase of an ipod classic 160gb £40 became £80 and there were £20 worth of other discounts on the day. Ended up costing £89. So it's worth acquiring points imho.:)
