What grape please?
Excellent deal for better quality wines, any bottle under £5 is a bargain.

Hi just checked both bottles and doesn't actually state the grape !

Off the web:
Red Burgundy is just a Pinot Noir. White Burgundy is also made in Burgundy, but, since it is white, it is made from 100% Chardonnay

What grape please?

The majority of french wine does not state grapes used. They’re more focussed on regional rather than varietal. Bit annoying...
I guess the unsold from this selection?

Yes all from here as changes the New World wines tomorrow
Loads of £3.99 clearance in my Lidl too. Longsight Manchester. I got a lovely haul of stuff with good ratings on Vivino.
A few at Carlton Centre, Lincoln.
Got a few bottles from Filton. The Clairette de Die is a fun, light, off-dry sparkling wine and I can recommend it. The Sauternes was probably a bit overpriced at £7.49, but probably worth £3.99 (as long as you drink it within the next couple of years, due to reports it's lacking a bit of acidity, which would otherwise help it age). The Alsace Riesling could be decent, too. A shame there were none of the reds discounted in the store I checked!

Plenty in Sydenham too, though again no red. Looking forward to trying the Jurancon.
