Screwdrivers have become very hot these days
Pretty decent kit and even if it isn't then the lifetime warranty is! (especially for the price)

Do note that the Pozis are comparatively smaller than the flat heads (god knows why, sometimes annoys me) so I do still find that i need a separate XL crosshead/Phillips/Pozi/whateveryoufancy.
These are ok for this price. I have two sets and they are just average screwdrivers. Surely not to be compare to premium screwdriver brands like Wiha and Wera. Don’t worry about missing out at this price. They are always on sale

Had this set for years - quality bit of kit.
Every HUKD regular has at least one set of these. Nice screwdrivers for the money.

Probably through the old O2 Priority deal when you could grab then for a fiver!
Will Halfords replace these without the receipt. I bought a set a couple of years ago and most of the heads have worn away on the screwdriver
10% discount with Shell, and 10% discounted gift cards on Cardyard.
Comes down to £6.85

Cardyard................?

Is this "Cardyard" reliable?

Presumably you are buying a gift card previously purchased by someone else?

How do you know it hasn't been used already?

Are they able to verify the amount on the card somehow?

Also, can these gift cards be used to bring down the price of items reserved for in-store collection?

So far I have purchased about £120 of vouchers/codes.
Halfords, Zizzi, Tesco, and Amazon.
How they verify etc, I am not sure, but each transaction so far has not failed me in any way. Sometimes it can be slow, in this age of "give it to me yesterday", but the code has always been with me within a couple of hours.
With Amazon, you would just copy/paste into TopUp. With Halfords, Tesco & Zizzi, I made a barcode from the number to make life easy for the cashiers if they have a scanner.
The cashier cannot see how much your voucher is worth, so you need to know the amount. The system will recognise the code, and reject it if you quoted too high an amount.
As regards bringing the reserved price down, they are the equivalent of cash. Whatever deal you have struck is not connected to the payment method.
Important note about Tesco. These are "Corporate" vouchers, and cannot be used for fuel, as compared to the normal Tesco gift card, which can.
Quite often the cards have been bought by someone as a gift (stupid idea), and the receiver is either an ungrateful toad or has no use, and sells it on. Sometimes Cardyard strikes a deal with "Company X" to buy vouchers directly at a discount. Tescos is a good example. With a minimum spend of about £1000, you could open an account with Tescos to buy discounted Corporate cards. It is on their website.
