Only joking I can double up on them
Yep, and dangerous. Move about under the pedals = dangerous. Tailored mats for each individual make and model of car are so inexpensive, I wonder why people still buy these universal sets.
Poor students
Happened to me once, went to buy a tent as said they were in stock.
When I got to the store they couldn't find them anywhere.
Thankfully the manager said he'd order some in & give me half price off the already reduced price for the inconvenience.
Suited me as the tent was only for the kid's to play around in
Heat added as was after cheap set of mats.
Just picked mine up. The black one is quite slim, whilst the grey one is a lot thicker, and was the better choice for my car.
Incidentally, they didn't have any on the shelf but the guy found a reserved one and let me have that instead!
This happened to me once - the car mats (carpet ones) did actually come with my car, however, one day driving down the motorway my car mat got caught up/bent under the pedals. Once I had stopped, I removed my car mat and put it down under the front passenger seat - it's still there! However, I will look into getting the correct car mats for my car - had a look on-line and they are reasonably priced.
Most universal fitting mats are made larger than what most people require - they usually have outer rings that you cut to your own specifications.
The tailor made ones for my Ford Focus are more dangerous than universal ones - they are really short & as I have little feet, my stiletto heels get caught in the edges... much safer for me to have great big mats so my feet don't get stuck!
You should not be driving with stiletto heels on. Not being sexist just stating the obvious that stiletto heels and driving are not a good idea. If you have an accident due to loss of control of your car and the Police turn up you would be in deep poo. My wife drives with flatter heels and changes over at the destination, I thought most sane people would do likewise!

Joking, I hope...

Saw these and immediately thought of you. Hope you like them.
Although it says 6, it's actually only set of 4 couple of reviews mention that too. The set of 6 would be good for 7 seater cars I guess
Ummm, nope. I find it much easier to drive a big estate car with heels on, I'm genuinely only little & my feet are at a much comfier angle in heels. Odd but true! Maybe not a strategy for everyone but I've been driving for over 15 years (& had big estate cars since 2008) without any incidents at all - I'm far safer than many other muppets on the road!
They seem a little narrow for an 04 Yaris, even without trimming.
Although the illustration for the black ones shows the front mats 'handed', but I seem to have two left hand mats.
The illustration for the grey mats show two identical but odd-looking mats. I thought they looked strange so didn't order those.
Can anyone who has actually got some help me, I'm not sure whether to take them back. Could this be why they're reduced?
Thanks.
The black ones are very narrow as you say. I opted for the grey ones, these were much wider
