I bought these when last on offer, very poor at staying cool, melt quickly, not worth a £1 even.
No mention of weight. always a sign of an item being a contemptible waste of time.

Buy 400g blocks minimum, the solidity is self preserving for longevity, slim just has a bigger surface area prone to outside temps creating melt point.

& buy a properly insulated cool box not just one with "twin walls" (of plastic) or else you are contributing to basic herd stupidity & plastic waste via the "Hole in my bucket" type saga.

Maybe useless for picnic by the sounds of things, but would these be alright as cool pads to sooth injuries etc?
looks like "arch" has to use plastic forks, his hands wrapped in cotton wool mittens & has no understanding of the real world, ..& also draws rubbish memes of himself in the mirror
(clearly buys non insulated "coolers")

NB I use freezer blocks summer & winter for cold smoking meats (summer, or colder weather where the sun will build up / the charred smoke heat from basic combustion) & have in excess of 20 blocks, the thin & cheap often equates to only partially filled (the cheap ones you see in poundland tesco etc with purple / blue green plastic outers, ..they honestly suck compared to buying a slightly bulkier & better filled 400g packs from camping gaz & the like in a sale & will massively outperform this sort of tat mentioned above.
If I use a handful of "emergency tat" blocks they defrost within a handful of hours, the chemical composition, fill level & slender width result in fast melt. ..experience basically, combine tat blocks in cheap non insulated cooler & it gets worse.
