If my local Aldi doesn't have these in stock there's gonna be a riot

No. Just normal bacon which seems a shame

Well the halloumi won't be vegan so using vegan bacon would be a bit pointless. Though not doing a vegetarian version using a meat free bacon does seem to be a bit of a missed marketing opportunity.
Aldi always sell Halloumi, so if they don't have these, you can easily cut the Halloumi yourself and wrap it in bacon? Jobs done.
Wonder how much salt there is per 100g

What a strange combination
Their halloumi chips are very popular in this household.
Are these wrapped in Vegan bacon?

These are yummy!
And much nicer and a fair bit cheaper than the ones M&S have done for ages.

Not really, cheese and bacon go together really well, I can imagine these being very tasty.

No, but at least the Halloumi is suitable for vegetarians
Will op be posting everything in aldis Christmas booklet?
Or is it just the stuff that isn't in shops for another fortnight?
Good call take out the sausage and make a veggie option :/

Don't you find them overly salty?

I do hope so.
Whole point of the site is to let others know about offers or deals..

We tend to be quite 'salty' when we go there and they don't have any halloumi chips in stock, which used to happen quite often...

Well OBVIOUSLY someone can read and some cannot!
My grandma used to make halloumi. It is usually eaten with watermelon...
Thank you, adding to my shopping list. Might just have a plate of these and my mandatory prawn cocktail
People really are lazy, buy a pack of hallouni and streaky bacon

Hallouni 225g £1.49
Streaky bacon 275g £1.25

Make 4 times the amount of these for 25p extra

Normally I'd agree about cheese and bacon going together well, but halloumi is already a salty cheese, adding another salty thing to it seems like overkill

No doubt not enough. Always have to add more.
Also, where does it state these are intended for veggies? Haha. Minorities will always feel attacked no matter what.

This is simply a spin on the old classic, but instead with cheese, because yknow, it's yummy?

Tried them recently. Far too salty for my liking and I like salt.
Try banana wrapped in bacon.... Yummmm
Do 20 bites contain your daily recommended allowance?

OK, you have laid down the gauntlet. I gave up adding salt to anything in 1986. Halloumi and Anchovies are the best.

Fair point, hadn't thought of it like that. I'll still try them anyway.

What the... That's madness!

I know many who prefer the Quorn cocktail sausages over normal with more flavour and healthier, all down to what tastes for you
