Tried this brand for the low calories. It's basically mousse consistency, nothing like ice cream.
Easily the best of these low calorie ice cream alternatives
Yeah I agree. It’s actually meant to be hard like ice cream. If it was like mousse sounds like you had some half defrosted. The peanut butter & salted caramel are easily the best of the flavours. And it’s £5 in Tesco & Sainsbury’s
My favourite flavour. If only it were vegan.

They do vegan flavours elsewhere but Iceland don’t seem to stock them. Or at least not online for me.
It's actually nice ice cream. I managed to get a few tubs of the peanut butter flavour for £1 each from my local co-op.... obviously not too many people around here are buying it.
Love this ice cream. Not sure what some of you are doing to it for it to be mousselike.

It's because it literally is a frozen fine mousse. Take normal ice cream, cut the amount in half, whip it up into a mousse so it fills the same size tub again and freeze it. Congratulations, now you're selling half as much ice cream, with half the calories, and you can claim it's "healthy".

As a bonus, you can charge twice as much for it to peoeple looking for "healthy" ice cream.

Save yourself some money and just get normal ice cream and cut your portion size. Whip it up yourself if you like, that's all they're doing for you, and charging you for it.

But millilitres are a measure of volume, not mass.
Indeed, stay in school kids

Every single one I've ever tried has been mousse-y. I assumed that was because of the "low-calorie" aspect where they use pea protein etc and it all tastes like grainy cream.

Dear oh dear. Science fail.
Doesn't quite taste / feel the same. Basically like Quorn but for ice cream. Doesn't quite work.
