Each to their own. Id sooner own the game and support retail. Its bad enough we pretty much are moving towards losing game shops but losing online game retailers too for using game pass isnt something I would like to see.
If you mean Team Slayer or Free for All Slayer, well you can now. 343i updated the playlists several weeks ago to allow you pick whichever playlist/mode you want to play.
I just wish they'd add an option to play Slayer without being mixed in with the other modes.
Seems a bit of a nonsense you can't choose to play team deathmatch.

Hmm, I had no idea, I'll have to log in and have a play, thanks for the info.
Its a great game but this ruined it for me.
I lost 30 hours of play
You lost 30 hours of play in game that has a 10 hour campaign and takes 25½ hours to 100%?

Not everyone rushes through the game?
...or it would force them to go to roots of what made this franchise great... Things like good story with amazing cutscenes instead of empty map filled with audio logs to compensate nonsense of a story abd etc.
This may not be an issue now as we still have access to xbox servers, but many years from now when microsoft change the store this disc will only have multiplayer... or worse wont work at all
I play slowly
It’s not the only game that does this, I think Forza isn’t code complete on disc. It’s probably due to Smart Delivery as the original Xbox One isn’t compatible with the larger capacity Blu-ray discs. It certainly wouldn’t be the first time I’ve witnessed additional downloads being required to play
