HOT! 3 Very good games!

Edited by: "ultimatekopite" 4th Apr 2012

when do these expire june 2012 ?

shame i have all of them....bought them all at full price except fable

so how does this work? do you download them from the marketplace, and would you be able to reorder if you got a new xbox?

They'll tie to your xbl account. Just like an arcade download! If you change Xbox you'll have to transfer the license / purchases etc.

I know it now! Its the bundle that came with the Halo 10 year anniversary xbox!

And you can play the games onto 2 xbox's if you recover your account to a friend's xbox, use the codes, then recover your account on your xbox and download them from your history. Your friend can use them on all accounts on their xbox, you can use it on your profile as long as you're connected to xbox live.

Works with buying arcade games and DLC, too.

Gears 2 puts me off or some reason

Bargain

Can u put these on an external hard drive and play them via USB because my puny Xbox 20gb drive is totally full? Also do u get any of the add-on content?
Would cost £21 at CEX, but could trade back I guess so an OK deal.
Thanks.

You got banned from having license a on one console and license b on another. It's also not piracy if done on 2 consoles you physically own

Well that was my argument, the shat heads that they are!

Does this mean you can download and install them over and over again?
Sorry, im new to the xbox scene but if that's the case i'd definitely want to get them.

Yes. Just redownload via your download history. If you change xbox's from the first one you download them on to, you just use xbox.com/drm to change the rights over to your new xbox's ID. It's all tied to your xbox live account just with anything you "buy" on the xbox marketplace ala arcade games, addons etc. =)

360 owners have hard drive space?
A sneeze would fill 90% of most owners drives.

The majority of new 360s purchased are 250GB. Most of the older models sold seem to be 60GB+. Yes, there are lower-capacity ones, but your comment is certainly baseless. I've installed a lot of my games to my hard drive and I have about sixty Xbox Live Arcade games. (And I have about sixty retail games.)

Yet, my HD isn't nearly full.

Really. 60 retail games average of 4 gig say which they are not more like 6.7 gig. 60 xbla average 200 meg each (more like 400* meg) You're doing well if your 360 hard drive is not bursting.

* latest ones take up loads of space 1.67 gig as an example, although some early ones 56 meg

If anyone has bought this and doesnt want the Fable 3 code could you PM me it please? I'd be ever so grateful!!

I have had 250gb model for ages now, still got 140gb left

250gb hard drives can be had well cheap anyway for people who have 20,60gb

I doubt anyone will be willing to do this as even though I own all 3 on disc. I am sill thinking about purchasing this to have them fully run from hard drive instead of needing the disc in tray. Good luck though.

Fable 3 sucks compared to x, Gears of war 2 costed me no more than £5 years ago and halo is halo

Tempted by halo, cheers

I have 220gb left on my 250gb xbox

tl;dl: I meant a significant quantity, not all of my retail titles. Let's say I have twenty retail titles installed and on average they're 6GB. (Although you'd be surprised—many are much smaller.) Also, until late 2009 to my knowledge XBLA titles were limited to 350MB, but many of them are small in file size. A small number of my XBLA games are much larger than this.

Does anyone know if this comes as 3 seperate codes or 1 code?

You sort of indicated/ insinuated that you had 60 retail games and 60 XBLA installed to your HDD and still had plenty of space left..

Sorry you interpreted it that way, but I did say "a lot". I guess one's own definition of "a lot" might differ from another person's.

Yeah 60 games at this point in the 360s life is not a lot at all really.

Are the codes sent on a physical card, or are they sent digitally?

My general rule of thumb is to keep multiplayer games I play at least regularly installed, but only keep single player games on until I complete them. It seems you perhaps either don't complete many games at all or are needlessly keeping games on your HDD. (Unless it's Games on Demand or XBLA/XBIG of course.) You have a lot of single player games, and a lot that have multiplayer modes that nobody plays anymore. (Which is a pain when you want the achievements, or simply to find someone to play with.)
