Cold. Should be in vouchers only and no voucher deal should ever be posted regardless of how good the price is as its not a proper deal and doesn't make a lot of people aware of the price being the cheapest available and voucher.

This deal had been posted soooo many times. Yes okay Tesco have a bloody sale on £5 off games when spent £30. It only needs to be posted once. Not knew for every game!!!

read the deal pal, this is the £10 off code .....

Seems a good price, a tenner a game seems reasonable.

As someone who's played and owns all of the Halo games I'll probably give this a miss. It would be nice to have Halo 2 multiplayer with updated graphics but I don't feel like it's worth paying £40 for. It's a fantastic deal for anyone who hasn't play Halo before though.

Personally I'm going to hold out for Halo 5 though.

Personally I don't think any game is worth £40 I just wait a month or two and get them at like £25

Not worth 40; but being able to play different games in the same playlist is going to be awesome.

Not voting on the deal but surely this pack is the only reason to want an xbox one!!

Errr.. the biggest reason is the current machines are x86 based, and the powerpc architecture of last gen ps3 and 360 consoles is very difficult to emulate. A high end pc would emulate them at about 5fps. so obviously the mid range X1 and ps4 don't stand a chance.

I'm looking forward to Forza Horizon 2. And I'll be getting The Crew, Destiny, The Witcher 3, Farcry 4, and Dragon Age on my PS4, But they are all on X1 too and if I didn't have a PS4, I'd be getting them on the X1 also.

I so read the title as Halo: The Master Chef Collection

£40 With code for games that are not even new? - No thanks.

Only the lowest price if you are a new customer and don't look at the actual price.

Voted cold - it's not the cheapest price around, but a few people can use their vouchers to get it for less. Remember that tesco do have a habit of using Yodel for delivery (amongst other carriers, but primarily Yodel) so the odds of this turning up on release day (if at all) are slim to none...

I've ordered from Amazon - the price was £45 but I had a £25 amazon voucher so it only cost me £20!

I think the comments about the games not being new are unfair.

Halo 2 has had the full remastering like Halo Anniversary, which that alone had a retail of around £30

so for an extra tenner your getting Halo Anniversary, 3 and 4 both with updated resolutions

Every single Halo map, all supported with multi-player in one seamless interface...

Cant see how any Halo fan could not love this!

I've always wished I could get into the Halo games but I just can't get on with the shooting mechanics. I know the game has a huge following but I've played a good chunk of numbers 1-4 and just got really fed up of shooting the same dwarfs with shields.

No doubt this will sell because everyone apart from me seems to love the franchise. Are they all extremely similar or is it just me?

Didn't PS3 have Cell architecture, not Power PC, making it notoriously hard to code for and therefore even though it was more powerful, most cross-platform games looked better on Xbox till developers got used to the PS3.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xenon_(processor) <=Xbox 360
Xbox 360 used cell tech (modified PPE)

Cell is the processor/coprocessors PhysX, AI and stuff
Nvidia RSX was the graphics. <= PS3
ATI Xenos <=Xbox 360

Main problem with PS3 was they short changed it on ram, they should of produced a addon to increase XDR + GDR.

Cell was just the name of the chip. It used Power PC just like X360, Wii, and Gamecube. The main reason it was difficult to code for was 360 had 3 brute force cores to do the work. ps3 had a single core with 6 usable processor assists. more efficient on paper but hard to work with. they act like cores but aren't. And are difficult to use efficiently. Games like Uncharted 3 looked better than anything on 360. showing what someone can do when they get the power out of it. but almost all multiplats ended up looking better on 360. FF13 being an exception as the 360 ver was just a PS3 port.

Main issue was using 2 separate pools of mem like a pc. instead of a single unified fast mem. 360 could assign how ever much the dev wanted as vram and ram. ps3 was always stuck 50/50

So are you a game developer? Do you dedicate hours, months and possibly even years developing and debugging a game? The cost of the game is worth the time and effort put in to it. The purchase of the game at "off-the-shelve" value is also supporting and rewarding game developers for their contribution and efforts. You may wish to wait for the price to drop before you can justifiable afford it, but that's very different to actually defacing its value and worth because its not something that you appreciate.

Perhaps give programming a go and see how long it takes you to create a simple point-to-point game. I bet your outlook will change.

dont be silly microsoft are very capable of doing it and when they release the update as everyone knows they will it will again show just how greedy and they are ,you can quote this an that but facts are they knew not many would buy halo if they could still play the original versions,as for emulations you can emulate anything with the right coders and as many already believe they hardware is already inside the Xbox ONE.

Buying an Xbox One for this as the Halo 2 MP experience for me has personally never been surpassed, Big Team Battle on Lockout was quite simply the most ridiculous fun ever!

In saying that I'm very certain Halo is going to get some form of outing on the PC as well and being primarily a PC gamer I won't be impressed if it is announced after I've splashed out £400+
