Not sure why cold, look like a nice pair of shoes, with the leather sole is a bonus.

They do half brogues too, which I find are quite rare.

Voted hot...Great price

Groupon not popular on here and silly over inflated rrp are two reasons, still a decent price for what they are though.

£100 seems quite genuine for a leather all round shoe.

My Churchs cost a lot more than that - and even my Loakes were considerably more than them.

But £29.90 seems incredible to me... Just cant decide whether to go 'risky' with the Half Brogues (as they're rare... not a lot of people wear them)

Or the classic oxford.

This company has terrible reviews on amazon, bit offputting but they do look like a nice shoe all the same.

On Groupon they're saying these are Samuel Windsor, the same shoes that got slated here a few weeks ago. Can somebody who's actually bought these give an honest review please? Are these a bargain or money down the drain?

Website is a chuffing nightmare.

If you have those type of shoes why would you buy this rubbish???????????????????

Serious question, what is this Groupon code the website is asking for?

Friends wedding and shoe hire is £15 from the tailor, so if he can get some nice shoes for near enough the same money - im sure the grooms party would happily take a nice pair of shoes.

But im yet to personally buy brown brogues, so tempted!

HOT! At this price, there's no reason to buy anymore chinese junk

Groupon have sold over 3600 vouchers on this deal so Windsors may struggle to supply

You have to buy the deal from Groupon, they then send you the code/voucher to use on the website

Not popular on here, but they do some great local deals. Worth signing up to take a look. (Thats my opinion, have bought quite a few deals, but I always check the deals first. My last 3 MOT's have been under £20 each via Groupon)

Samuel Windsor, Clifford James and Fishtec are all part of the same BVG Airflo Group Ltd. Check Clifford James site – some of the standards like the Oxford Black are £34.99/BOGOF ! So for Oxfords the Groupon deal not that great.

clifford-james.co.uk/buy…228

Others on offer too. Same stock. Tried the oxfords and brogues last year. Returned them. Quality not that great. Quality reflects the price, not the fact it’s hand-made. Maybe hand-made but doubt if in Britain.

That's me 2p worth.....

I bought black leather brogues and brown leather Chelsea boots from Samuel Windsor and can honestly say they were the worst shoes I ever bought. The suede was actually mouldy. The stitching is appalling. They are incredibly uncomfortable, and they are now in a recycling bank somewhere. AVOID if you want to wear them more than once.

Samuel Windsor, Clifford james, James Russell. Wonder how long it took the Chinese to come up with such English sounding names!
