It’s supposed to be used as additional protection in between washing h …It’s supposed to be used as additional protection in between washing hands, not as a substitute.

Pah, I have been preparing for years. No hand washing at all, even lick door nobs when no one is looking to boost my immune system. If I see someone sneeze, I quickly walk through the cloud of droplets taking a deep breath from the mist. My immue system is so good now Im looking forward to see how it performs against covid-19. Recon all the "wash daily crew" are going to be hardest hit...

People aways tell me, how come you didnt get it this bad, or you have a cast iron stomach. Well let me tell you its 100% in the training, forget the 5 second rule.... more like 5 minutes in my house!
The hysteria hasn’t even started yet.

Wait until you can’t buy toilet paper and start using newspaper then you will wish you had stocked up on everything

Learn how to wash your hands properly.. unlike a landlord local to me who thinks that his warm sweaty crotch stored tackle & the fact that urine hasn't touched his hands is a reason not to wash his hands after urinating.

Video ..not of the pint pouring landlord though.

SO many folk Don't wash their hands properly, nor were likely taught how to wipe their backsides in an effective manner (wish I was joking)

Finding stock may be a challenge however
No Stock
Shops are running out of hand sanitizers because of the fear surrounding the virus. I've noticed some are increasing their prices.
I've always used this after leaving a bus, train or escalator as I don't want people's snotty residue on my hands :).
Many branches with stock say "store walk in only" which sounds like no click&collect, you have to go and try your luck.

Like it I remember that so well)

It won't.
It's debatable I think whether even an alcohol based sanitizer will actually kill this virus. That's why you use it. We are not being told! Hand sanitising in this way does not remove the virus. Wasning with soap and water washes it off. Apparently COVID-19 can remain in a dormant state for up to 5 days on surfaces. (Hearsay)

5 days? Nah.

Up to 9 according to some reports.
I got 2 x 500ml bottles in home bargains for 99p each. small bottles 50ml were 3 for £1

Washing your hands is to stop the spread. You're the kind of dirty spreader that will end up killing a load of elderly off.

Suppose your not a fan of pox parties either.... 😞

You can say what you will, its not me who will be killing off the elderly. It will be all he people that dont quarantine when they get it, because they dont get paid sick or are zero hours contracts. 14 day self quarantine will never work in the uk, people need to pay their bills and half dont even get the idea of quarantine. You would need to stop people going on holiday and bringing it back, that is going to be the root cause of it spreading to the uk.

Ps. Hope you have already moved your investments, I have weighted mine on big pharma and retail pharmacy. Guessing they are waiting for it to get a good foothold in the west before offering anti virals or suddenly coming up with a breakthough vaccine, and when they do oh boy will I be quids in.

Good lord is that Howard from 10 Cloverfield Lane, although he was correct unlike your good self. May I suggest you go Jacques Cousteau for a month at least. Definitely a good solution.

I think hand sanitiser needs to contain at least 60% alcohol to be effective.
19DembaBa1928/02/2020 14:47

What? You think scaremongering is good?
Not one source to back up the rubbish he is spouting.
Laughable.
Has this virus even hit the UK yet?

Who cares?
Are going to burgle the place?
It. Doesn't. Matter.
Same size 49p Lidl.
Shopping trolley handles are the biggest spreaders. I hope there's blokes in bio suits with big fumigators blowing the trolleys
Got some of these 100ml 3 for £1 in home bargains a couple of weeks ago. Might be worth a look. I haven’t been able to find any since anywhere near that price.
