Got these tonight. Not tried them yet.

Great price for Free-range, although I only went for these because the non-Free-Range ones are 91p.

I can't believe anyone still buys non-free range eggs. A few extra pence to know that the chickens that laid them don't have a completely miserable life, jeez what's wrong with people?

Agreed... I won't buy anything else. They're usually cheaper if you can buy direct from a farm shop nearby though...

We buy our eggs from an honesty box at the end of a farm road, £1.50 for a dozen and they are HUGE!! Poor chickens :-D

heat added. don't know how any decent person can buy a box of eggs from caged hen, disgusting!

I myself think free range taste so much nicer and wouldn't buy anything else, however Its up to every individual what they buy!

dont buy free range eggs, get your own hens let them do it for you!
or, even better, rescue some ex bat hens and they will happily reward your with a supply of eggs in return for a new happy life outside of the cage...

ours are popping out eggs every day now and seem to love pottering around in the garden!
