Weather its a potato or a nut, its a foodage.

This guy is definately not a funny man. He is hilarious!

K.P.H.A.H.L.A.F.O

His head does look like a f*****g orange though....

Karlology is a good read

Got this for £2 in WHS sale. I didn't find it at all funny. Charity shop fodder.

The XFM shows are much better (recorded before the podcasts, which rehash a lot of the material), and can be obtained from the download page at the Pilkipedia ]HERE.

I heard the podcasts first (the first season used to be free) and it had me crying laughing in the car. So bad I had to pull over. Good times. Thanks Karl.

This guy's pretending to be stupid act is quite clever, if unoriginal, but after so many radio series and God knows how many podcasts it's been flogged to death

And Ricky Gervais is so pretentious and pseudo-intellectual now, much more so than he ever was, I find the newer podcasts embarrassing to listen to. Him and Merchant hold Karl back

Kudos for dragging it out so long and making so much money from an alright radio format (Gervais fans will buy anything!) but Karl could probably go on to do quite well in his own right

I think Karl plays up to it a little on the podcasts, but he sure as hell didn't on the XFM shows: he was literally the poor producer who got roped in more and more as they discover the golden nuggets you can pull out of his perfectly spherical head. You can trace the episodes from not having him in it, to occasional mutterings, to him being the main focus.

Try listening to the Steve show (also on the Pilkipedia) if you can no longer stand the other two

You could not write a character like Karl

Clueless! He sat a Mensa test for CH4, and came out with an IQ of 83, there's no pretending about it.

Really funny book, heat added

If you have listened to Karl since the XFM days you would know he isnt acting at all. Not that people like you have ever have any evidence to back up your nonsense anyway.

Me aunite Nora farted for five minutes

£1.99 in the works folks good book when you fancy a lighter read

Yeah, I'm just cynical to suggest he didn't really capture and train a magpie called Maggie which would come to school with him on the end of his finger

Clearly true!

How gullible are you lot? I bet you pay for the podcasts too!

Thick gullible ****

some people just don't get it.

You never see an old man eat a Maaaaaaaars-bah-bah-bah

Yeah I don't get how someone could genuinely break wind for 5 minutes or take a trained magpie to school on their finger

You can still find the comedy amusing, even if you're not thick enough to buy that it's all genuine anecdotes.

This book had been around 3.99 to 4.99 for a while. Sorry, this is cold.

Karl was definitely natural during the XFM shows, they just really played up to it once they started the Podcasts.

WOW

Didn't know there was this many Karl fans on here!

What I mean is... I don't know what I mean!

Yeah you are - my granddad had a trained Magpie :w00t:

Bubbled wallpaper, what a mess.
Washer dryer knackered, what a mess.
Siamese twins seperated, one leg less.

SHHHHHHHHH!!

If moths had eyes, would they be happier?
How do they know they're not dead?
Cavemen hunting for food
But not before they style the hair on their head
What would last longer in dinosaur times?
A blind man didn't stand a chance
Not with all them rocks about
I'd rather be a blind moth
