Usually very cheap used

I got cancellation for the speaker a few days ago

Always wanted them, but they're too old now, I'll wait for a new design.

Was this the one listed for £39.99? Where did you order from? Their eBay store or their website? The reason I ask is I purchased on the eBay store n they have taken my money through PayPal but not dispatched the speaker. Also haven't given a refund yet. Guess I should contact them asking for a refund or wait?

These do Bluetooth?

These do Bluetooth?

£149.99 for the wireless ones

got a pair of these, and the latest manufacturing iteration of the III has very annoying, undefeatable power saving mode as enforced by EU law, they cut out even if volume is fairly loud, and to wake again you have to crank volume right up, a constant hassle every few minutes!

Are these actually any good or are they just a meme?

Do they have an optical input? Specs page is a bit vague.

Yours must be faulty mine do not cut out as long as there is sound coming out of them high or low. I do agree with raising the volume ti restart them

There has to be times when just cause something is the cheapest at the moment its not a deal, this is a perfect example. This has been cheaper brand new (queue the time machine comments) but seriously when something is end of line and second hand plus the price gets inflated, its still a deal cause its the cheapest around?

Amazingly good considering the size. Easily throw a house party with great bass with just one of these.
Awesome sound. Great Bass

I contacted them this afternoon and they are processing cancellations and refunds and advise -

P.S. I wasn't very 'understanding'!!!

You can pick up a Bluetooth receiver for a couple of dollars on Gearbest etc. And you're cooking.

I've got these... Really impressed. Had them about 18 months and highly recommend.

Very good Speakers, I've got them connected to the tv as a sound bar, I recommend

I had a pair of the 2s years ago, way too quiet at full volume, waste of time, sold within a matter of days.

I paid £59.99 on Christmas 2015, but that time is gone...

Really good sound, but I do wonder if you get similar quality from cheaper speakers... but (very important) they look amazing

Been reading reviews on this, it says there is nowhere to plug in headphones so where would a wireless receiver plug in to? been wireless would make these worth buying for me..

headphones are an OUTPUT, not input. There is one 3.5mm INPUT to the soundsticks, so if you get a bluetooth receiver (which would be an input) that has 3.5mm capability, natively, or converted from phono etc, then that will work via that just fine to pipe it out the speakers.

You can use the 20% discount given to people involved in the speakers fiasco to reduce the price further.

You can either split the input to maintain connection to the fixed source (PC in my case) then add a Bluetooth receiver to the other half of the split or simply just have 1 or the other connected.

Hope this helps, i may not have articulated it particularly well but it is really straightforward.

I did try that with 'my' 20% Paul; but it seems the discount only applies to their main :uk.harmanaudio.com site; and not this Outlet site. Oh well.

I did this for a while but I found that when and after using the bluetooth reciever the sound quality of the PC sound deteriorated quite badly. Everything was fine as long as the BT wasn't putting out a signal or if I only used BT.

Never did work out why,

i have a set of these sitting in the garage I need to sell, as upgraded to some Sonos ones.

So would work well with a Chromecast audio via a 3.5mm cable

You probably didn't know how to operate them properly or they were faulty

I wouldn't combine inputs. That's asking for trouble. Outputs fine

I have the MK I's at work and the MK II's at home. Fantastic speakers, especially for the price. I used to have a bluetooth box attached to them which worked great, but now I've added an Echo Dot and it works an absolute treat. For £90 you can't get much better IMO

Would it be best to use a audio switch for multiple inputs?
