Be careful, as Asda don't have trained fitters it's hard to get a good idea on the fit, as not all car seats fit all cars!
I'm pro extended rearward facing as a child's head is 25% of the total body weight and neck muscles are immature, an adult head is only 6%, and you can still suffer pretty bad whiplash fully grown.
Forward facing from 9kg isn't the safest way to travel, even though it is legal.

Money savvy people. If it meets all required safety standards.. which it will then why spend more? Just to get isofix or a better name? I feel to see your logic of how this is any less safe than a seat 4 times the price.
