Just seen this instore at the ASDA super centre in Swindon (so it may be store specific).

10 Harris (very good brushes) no loss paint brushes (advanced synthetic bristles) for only a £5 - thats 50p a brush in all the sizes you would like 1/2 inch to 3inch. These knock spots of the generic DIY brands!!

A real bargain at that price!! I grabbed 2 packs! Thought it was a great deal so posted asap.

Excellent price for Harris brushes. Hot.

Good find. Dread to think what B&Q charge.

Asda, price fixing everday lol

not bad, costco do a 15 brush hpack with bigger brushes too for about £9inc vat i think, normal deal - i gave up with B&Q and their overcharging for these items - the costco pack of brushes would be at least £50 in B&Q

Great price, HOT....

B&Q seem to have gone silly (expensive) with their prices lately - anyone know why? They used to be pretty good and have some real bargains.

Can confirm I have seen these in Ashington store and also at the Metrocentre store tonight for £5.00 so they are nationwide.

Better than your average brush, certainly, and this is a good price - but 'no loss' isn't totally true.

Asda do some really cheap DIY deals on the basic stuff. Particularly the Harris stuff. Full Harris roller tray and roller, mini roller and tray and brushes for like £5.

Does the no loss work if you paint your head?

Their own brand stuff seems cheap (until you use it and realise how poor the quality is) but some branded stuff is expensive in there. Paint seems quite a good price there.

Try B&Q (rip off merchants.uk) they will be about £30/40

Will try and get some tonight on the way past Swindon Orbital - Great Price

In the middle of decorating at the moment!!

Wilkinsons is also a place to get brushes as well - Good quality for the price.

The Harris brushes are very good. I usually buy them from Homebase but it's around £10 for three.

great price for Harris brushes - heat added!

FYI - They are located at the end of the magazine section on the gondola end - not in the normal DIY section. Hope you get some.

No sign of them at Glashouten. Anyone else managed to buy any?

I work for them, its simply due to the monopoly they have, they can basically charge whatever they want now that Focus is gone....

Bummer there are none in Asda West Swindon

Loads at my local bournemouth (castlepoint) but they are £5.75 no big deal. Decent brushes for odds and soda but I did notice unlike harris a poor uneven quality on the bristles which could make for example paint the area of wall to sealing join a bit messy although many use paint pads for that quicker and a decent finish.

I got a pack as at that price is a bargain for the odd paint job here and there.

HOT

And than you for sharing ... Now I'm after a xbox 360 hope a deal pops up

Bought some of these a few weeks back from ASDA , warning they are not the best Harris brushes not real bristles and cheap handles . I found them hard work and the finish not as good as real Harris Bristle brushes. However they are better than those cheap rubbish ones that you use once and throw away.

Excellent price. Bought a set today. Voted "HOT".

Actually they are totally no loss. In fact they have a guarantee on this!

Picked sum up in Gt Yarmouth this morning.

Picked up a pack in Asda Govan 10 minutes ago. Cheers OP.
