You get additional 8% quidco with Tesco
You can get Nectar points on Amazon plus their fab service and they take money on dispatch, so less hassle for some.
Amazon > Tesco as far as I'm concerned.

Good Price!
I ordered mine from Tesco earlier and Quidco has confirmed £2.58 cashback. I am also getting 64 clubcard points. So in terms of price it is definitely cheaper with Tesco. However I do agree you get a better service with Amazon.

Got from amazon, had a voucher
this will come down in a few months after Christmas but not bad when you look at it as £4 a blu-ray
bye bye amigo

And you have to pay for it now, you dont with Amazon
I well posted this link in the Tesco thread
I don't use Quidco however I do have a Nectar card, I trust Amazon's shipping more than Tesco and Amazon promise to sell it at the lowest price so if it goes down between now and 2nd December, we get that price. A definite heat for this one!

As does Tesco's site it promises to sell it at the lowest price also... Each to there own its a bloody good deal all round for 11 discs!
Makes you realise how bad a deal the Stars Wars Blu Ray release is when's it's £60 2/3 the films and probably half the running time. I feel sorry for all the people who've bought that at full price lol!!!

I pre-ordered Star Wars from Tesco about a month ago and they didn't take the money until it was about to despatch, I also pre-ordered Jurassic Park at the same time and they haven't taken the money for that either.

Have you seen the HP films? Quality, not quantity.

No you don't - Tesco don't charge until despatch.
Tesco ? Amazon if you want your items before release date +8% cashback beats nectar

Still i'll wait for the proper boxset with the ultimate editions.

Heat though
Ordered. I guess thats the difference between a tesco deal and an amazon deal.

Thanks

Indeed you did refer to the previous post @ tesco offering the exact same boxset at the exact same price therefore all that was required was for you to edit that post with this information not create a separate post. Cold vote from me due to this

The 2 posts are not the same price. Tesco requires the use of a one time code. If you have already used this code you would not be in a position to re-use it and therefore the Amazon deal would represent better value.

Received POTC on the Friday before release, Amazon have never beaten that for me.

Although Amazon are much better by far, better than nearly every site in recent years.

Tesco don't always follow this promise. I pre ordered Inception, didn't get it untill 5 days after release by which time it had gone up in price. They had already took the money at time of pre-order and took the difference on dispatch. First and last time with Tesco Entertainment for me, Amazon all the way.

The only not so good potter film was the half blood prince, the rest **** own especially Azkhaban! Star Wars only has 3 AMAZING movies and we all know what they are!
Regardless of the off-topic posts - thanks for the OP for posting this!
