Good offer, put presenting like an afternoon tea makes something so basic as fast food look utterly pretentious!
Give me a battered sausage over some cress-laiden finger sandwich any day.

Given the comments it's not gonna be the most memorable of meals. However, if I'm in Blackpool with my other half and fancy a sit down with a decent bite to eat and a drink to wash it down, you'd struggle to find better for the money. Everything tastes nice with a dollop of mayo, right?

You aren't missing out, use to be nice 20 years ago when they had the large restaurant in Guiseley near Leeds

Anyone else here thinking £25 for chippy tea for two is scandalous?
It's more a sign of the times.

Even a basic take away for x2 can be not far off.

Used to be franchised outlets. A TV programme(investigative journalism...??/) battered several outlets which were a bit of a failure, to be kind. Hope they have improved. If so a GR8 deal. thanks.
    Haha very punny!

Picture looks good, but not been in a HR in years when we took a friend as a treat and it was awful (this was Blackpool one and always good). Any idea if it has improved, I note the one in guisely closed years ago, you always used to queue to get a table, not seen that for years.
Go to the Blackpool one quite a bit, although not this year. On a good day it's great, on a bad day it's a bit meh.

Deliberately avoid the town at the weekend and school holidays so it's never whammo in there, but the one time I went and it was a bit busy was one of the more 'meh' times.

Papas along the sea front is a similar story, as are most chippys tbh, it's a somewhat variable product.

Locations mainly in South of England, The restaurants in Scotland must have shut down or not included, I would check voucher details as says only in 5 locations.

Probably the worst fish and chips I ever had when they were in Bristol, closed long ago and not surprised

I'm confused on how you actually use the voucher ? I went through all the checkout etc and went to the redeem website and got an email with a number and their email address, can you use this walking up on the day or do I have to tell the person I've got this for to email them and book a table and provide the voucher number at the same time ?
Call and book a table.. Mention the voucher.. They will see that codes during payment and the amount is added

That's a blast from the past. Used to have a couple of branches in Norn Iron but long gone now. Didn't really compare to the local chippies anyway but wouldn't mind one now.
