Hi, how long did it take you to spray it and was it successful?

Hi, it was successful (I think so, anyway - note that we didn't bother with the desk bit but instead opted for a "den" underneath):

But I wouldn't say it was a walk in the park to spray. I used this spray gun and it took over 5L of Zinnser Perma White Interior paint (you shouldn't dilute it even though it's supposedly too think for the spray gun, otherwise it doesn't bind to the surface). I would recommend you lightly sand the parts to be sprayed before doing so (although I didn't) since the surface is very slippery and the paint doesn't always bind. Although the spray gun is good you need a sheltered, covered space to spray in since it'll go everywhere if you're not careful. It'll take several coats so will take a good few days to spray & build, I would say.

My daughter is delighted with it

Looks good deal if u can place the order i.e no delivery slots😫
I bought this for just over £130 the other week. It's good quality and easy to assemble. I'd recommend an electric screw driver though. Total bargain at £130, still a great deal at £240.
I sprayed mine white before assembly (since the ivory equivalent wasn't reduced as much).

Would like to know this as well....

I got the same deal. Tesco direct had left a previous discount of £150 on it and it stacked when I got to checkout, so it was probably a mis-price.

Its really nice, as the previous poster said, still great value at this price.

Thank you Joshm thats really helpful, we will give it some thought. Really appreciate you sharing your tips!!
Help HotUKDealer's. Just got delivery on Friday (13th!), there are boxes 2,3,4,5 out of 5. Is box 1 anything important please? Am about to get refunded and the thing has to be collected but just realised I have bed (box 2), cupboard (box 3), drawers (box 4) and shelves (box 5). But what is in box 1 of 5 please please help as I don't want to go through another purchase if I can help and Tesco won't help as they say Tesco Direct have closed so that's it.
Sorry but box 1 AND 2 are parts for the bed. You cant build it just with Box 2
We also only have boxes 2 to 5. My daughter is going to be devastated if we can't build it.
Thanks wildcardnz sorry jtorry looks like a refund and i *think* its on Amazon and eBay for near the same price
Actually not as easy to find/cheap as I thought. Our 5year old son will be disappointed but will soon forget about. Tesco direct bad end to a half-decent supplier
On closer inspection, we're actually missing box 2. Tesco reckons it may have been left in warehouse or in the delivery van.
My husband (sheep shark) had an email on Sunday saying that 1 box which is the bed has benn dispatched but no sign of this box yet
After speaking with tesco this morning, I was phoned a few hours later by delivery firm XPO who claim to have located my missing box. Should arrive Thursday. Fingers crossed it's the right box.

Hi did u get the right box after?
Sat home all day for the delivery and no show. I've not been able to get through to XPO so hoping they attempt to deliver tomorrow. Positive that they had something on the lorry to deliver but can't yet confirm it's the box I'm missing.
Did u get the box yesterday?
We finally received the missing box. Now to find a day to build it.
