So Hasbro decided to switch from EA to Ubisoft! I think its for the best Heat added also.
Edited by: "F.D" 15th Dec 2014

For the best? When EA have become somewhat decent as of late with refunding if you don't like a game via Origin to EA access?

Ubisoft have gone and sat in the throne that EA left behind with broken games and microtransactions in full priced games.

Heat added mind for the price, also available at amazon on other sellers for the same price.

No joke. I actually played that on X360 and loved it. I am sure most people will have figured it out that i am not the sharpest knife in the draw but it was great and i even popped some achievements

Yes they are
Best videogame shop ever.

what a lot of people don't realise is that the only part of this bundle worth having is the monopoly plus, and you can buy that seperatly for £11 on psn, which is what I did after reading several reviews.

could play charades lol

Just a heads up that the My Monopoly board game is £6 something at Argos if anyone is after the board game.

Thank you

"You have won second prize in a beauty contest - collect £10" seems a lot more insulting if you're playing single-player.

This is £11.99 to buy directly on Xbox Live on Xbox One. Saw it yesterday. Also had Ravid Rabbids edition for £11.99

Actually I believe this edition includes the create your own board part and was an extra £11.99 last time I looked. Making this cheaper. You're on the Internet and you just told a lie, you should feel bad.

Also this is one of the easiest 1000g's I've ever got and also a game of monopoly on a Saturday night over Xbox Live with a few mates is actually alot of fun

Only 32 houses in a game, but masses of hotels. You need 4 houses to swap to a hotel. Buy lots of houses and don't upgrade = no-one has hotels and you have all the houses.

1 - Buy every property you land on, early in the game. It's better to have options.

2 - Prioritise railways, oranges, and reds. (And of course having cards that stop other players from getting a full set.)
Railways have a good rate of return in the game, and are especially useful in the first half (if you can get three or more of them) as they payout without you having to buy houses. Other sets will bring in lots of money but only after a lot of investment.
Oranges and reds are statistically more likely to be landed on than others - mainly due to their proximity to the jail. If someone pays to get out they're likely to land amongst the oranges. If they roll doubles to get out 3s or 4s will put them on the oranges.

3 - If you're sent to jail early in the game get yourself out asap (unless a double will get you a card you desperately need). If you're sent to jail late in the game stay there as long as possible.

4 - Three houses on a property usually gives the best rate of return on your investment. (However also keep in mind the above tip about putting 4 houses on each, to deny upgrade options to other players.)

5 - Keep an eye on the banker! Some folk just can't resist cheating. Less of a problem on a console version than on the board version, mind!

Be the banker - you ALWAYS win.
If it looks like you're losing then simply tax all players till you're in the lead!
If that fails just issue yourself a bonus.

This doesnt often come down in price - so for those who are looking for this, it's a good deal.

ME INCLUDED!

Heat for the Turkmeister. Thanks!

Does this have good online multiplayer ?

Aw. Now I do feel bad.

No idea this incarnation of the beloved game is any good. On the original xbox version you can blitz round the board and you can have a decent game in 30mins.

When playing a ps3 and wii versions, these two games could take many hours because the interface is unwieldy and you cannot skip / fast foward a throw of the dice.

Good deal but what's the fun in playing on a console? Surely the fun is in the board game? (Lover of monopoly).
